Abstract Submission Guidelines

1. Each abstract may be presented by only one designated presenter, and the ICHTMR 2026 Conference Certificate will be issued only to the designated presenter.
2. Registration for ICHTMR 2026 is mandatory for the presenter.
3. Abstracts must be submitted in English.
4. Abstracts should be prepared using Times New Roman, 12-point font.
5. The abstract should not exceed 300 words, excluding the Study Title, Keywords, and Other Information.
6. The abstract should be structured under the following headings

Study Type
Study Title
Objectives
Methodology
Results
Conclusion
Implication
Keywords (maximum of three)

7. Images, tables, and graphs are not permitted in the abstract. References are not required.
8. Abstracts must be original and must not have been previously published or presented.

Please note: Slots for oral presentations are limited. The final decision regarding the mode of presentation will rest with the ICHTMR 2026 Scientific Committee.
